DESIGN

The model used is an active learning model. Great care is taken to meet the organisation's cultural needs.

Team profiles and pre-work may be included to aid the learning. A variety of options are offered in order to match the participants expectations/needs.

DURATION

Two to five days, depending on experience and needs.
