PROGRAMMES
DESIGN FOR SUCCESS
To increase the effectiveness of each module we use a five point
strategy which aids the transfer of the learning: |
1. |
Pre-work
and self administered questionnaires
To keep this workshop active and participative we endeavour
to provide
pre-workshop, reading, exercises and questionnaires. |
|
2. |
Personal
Style Inventory (PSI)
To identify individual strengths and weaknesses and the implication
for their jobs. |
|
3. |
Workshop
Practical exercises for skills acquisition.
We adopt Kolb's Active Learning Model...
|
|
4. |
Coaching
for Issues Managing Work
Managing a specific on-the-job task in order to increase the
transfer of the learning. |
|
5. |
Environment/Culture
To match the programme to specific or desired culture of the
organisation. |
|
It is the co-ordination
of these elements which give each programme an immediate impact
and a lasting practical benefit to the participants and the organisation. |
|
DURATION
Basic programme is 5 days, exclusive of
coaching and Work Issue Management. Other modules added as required.
