INTRODUCTION
We have developed expertise in designing Appraisal systems, or Performance
Panning and Review systems as we prefer to call them. We design
to suit your current or desired culture. The designs range from
"paperless" appraisals to competency, scorecard, values, development
and/ or reward systems.
Our objective is to make the appraisal a value added activity impacting
on the productivity and business drivers. Strong linkages to day
to day management practices are also a key feature. |
